SandCastles

Description:

     SandCastles is a grief support program that helps grieving children. These children (ages 3-18) have lost loved ones; fathers, mothers, or siblings. They attend the programs, which provide them the opportunity to share their grief, to participate in activities that help them deal with their loss. The program provides training sessions at many different times during the year, and has several different sites throughout the area. For WSU students the Detroit site happens to be less then 5 minuets from main campus.
